If you're an experienced Polish-speaking HR Officer looking for a full-time role in Leeds, this could be your perfect opportunity. Our client is looking for a Polish speaking HR Officer to join their inclusive and supportive Human Resources team to provide a wide range of Human Resources support services. You will be based out of Leeds and earning a salary between £22,000 and £24,000 along with some exceptional benefits.
This HR role calls for taking ownership and responsibility in resolving HR queries emanating from employees in Poland and also provide support with the Polish-based team's payroll. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, collaborative individual excited to join an ever-changing technology-focused industry. You'll work on your initiative, be self-motivated and proactively suggest solutions to the broader Human Resources team and business.
Essential HR duties and responsibilities:
* Ownership and accountability in providing one-contact query resolution and all aspects of HR Administration linked to the employee life cycle.
* Maintain assigned caseload and tasks, ensuring they're resolved in a timely and compliant manner.
* Consistently deliver good people services.
* Provide cross-functional support within the HR Service Centre, Payroll, and Rewards and Talent Centres of Expertise.
You must have an excellent understanding of Polish and UK HR legislation and fluent in both verbal and written Polish. Previous HR experience within a shared service framework would be advantageous, alongside having the ability to work with a Case Management System.
