Platform Administrator - Front Office - £22,000 - £26,000



Due to exciting growth and success our award winning client is recruiting for talent individuals to join the business. The continued expansion offers opportunities for many people to be apart of the clients growing operation.

Role Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and financial advisors via Inbound Telephony, Email and Web Chat.
This role requires you to have knowledge of or a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISAs, Platform Technology and distribution channels.

Skills & Knowledge
To be one of us you will be able to demonstrate:
· A strong background in customer service
· Previous experience of working in customer services, a helpdesk environment or the finance industry
· Strong responsibility and ownership to ensure our customer requests are met in full
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
· Awareness of the risks associated within the Financial Services Industry
· The ability to put yourself in the customers shoes, suggesting ways to improve our overall customer experience
· Good teamwork and recognizing opportunities to build key relationships within the organisation
· A flexible approach
· Attention to detail
· Resilience in challenging situations

The current working patterns are Monday-Friday with shifts ranging between 8am and 6pm with some availability for optional weekend hours
