Role Title: Platform Administrator (Front Office)
Location: Edinburgh, hybrid working
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
Contract: Fixed term contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8-6pm
Are you experienced in Pensions/Financial services? And enjoy having weekends off to relax or spend with friends and family?
We are looking for individuals with a passion for providing excellent customer service for our client in Financial services!
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and financial advisors via Inbound Telephony.
This role requires you to have knowledge of or a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISAs, Platform Technology and distribution channels.
