A top-rated law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join liability team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The team acts for a variety of clients, including insurers, professionals, and corporates. They receive a steady flow of claims related to employer, public and occupier liability, motor, catastrophic injury, healthcare, fraud, abuse, product liability and occupational disease. The successful individual will work on all aspects of complex and high value professional liability matters, advise on insurance coverage and policy response, and, broadly, engage in both pre-litigated and litigated matters.

Key desirable skills:
- Scottish qualified with, ideally, 5+ years experience
