Are you an experienced Personal Assistant or a Senior Administrator/Secretary who is looking to become one?

Do you have excellent organisation skills as well as the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information?

Would you rather work in a large family business rather than a corporation?

As Personal Assistant you will demonstrate experience working in a similar role where on a daily basis you've demonstrated excellent communication, multitasking, organisation, coordination and accuracy skills. You will be confident working in a fast paced role with multiple deadlines and priorities, and thrive on these daily challenges. You will also be comfortable working with business and personal needs.

As Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking travel
  • Organising visa's
  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Support other Directors in the business
  • Organise events
  • Preparation of all meeting papers, presentations, reports and other documentation
  • Organisation of expenses
  • Email and mail management
  • A vast variety of ad hoc business and personal tasks

Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, a proactive approach and a strong passion for delivering support to high standards, you will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
