Full Time, Permanent Role

My client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join a successful and growing company based in Bromborough. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years Admin Experience , be able to juggle multiple tasks and be forward thinking. You will be supporting four directors, managing diaries, booking international travel, proof reading documents and acting as the main point of contract for the 4 directors.

Duties of the role -

* Supporting 4 directors
* Diary management
* Making decisions and resolving issues
* Book travel and accommodation
* Preparing documents ahead of meetings
* Itinerary planning
* Providing cost effective travel arrangements
* Manage communication
* Proof read documents
* Project manage events
* Compliance
* Manage budgets and negotiate costs
* Prepare and submit expenses
* Maintain client relationships

The ideal candidate -

* Will have at least 1-2 years admin experience
* Have experience booking travel/accommodation (preferred)
* Have experience itinerary planning (preferred)
* Be able to communicate at all levels
* Excellent organisation skills
* Forward thinking
* Have the ability to use own initiative
