We are looking for a highly experienced Personal Assistant to join a leading company based in Ellesmere Port. We need someone who is extremely reliable with excellent organisational skills to provide support to the chairman. You will effectively manage a tight schedule with forward thinking and the ability to use your own initiative.

The job:

* Work closely with Chairman and senior members of staff
* Arrange travel, booking flights, accommodation and arranging visas
* Arranging hospitality, booking restaurants as and when
* Organise social arrangements
* Extensive diary management
* Audio and Copy typing experience
* Review Chairman's inbox replying when appropriate
* Offer support to colleagues and other departments
* Screening calls selecting and prioritising messages
* Prepare agenda before meetings
* Participate in meetings, take minutes and distribute write up
* Keeping the Chairman up to date with important deadlines
* Ad hoc administration and duties

Person specification:

* Previous PA or senior administration experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Financial background would be advantageous
* Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel
* Use initiative and be able to multi task

Location: Ellesmere port
Salary: Negotiable dependant upon experience
12 months fixed term
