A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance & Insight Analyst to join a Financial Services Call Centre in Glasgow.
Prior experience in an insight role within a contact centre is essential. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in analysing complex datasets and providing insight and recommendations to stakeholders in order to influence stakeholder performance.
An excellent attention to detail is essential in order to track, monitor and review operational performance across the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis ensuring compliance
You will identify specific performance areas that can be improved via root cause analysis and review processes and systems that impact areas including MI production or insight analysis
-Experience in a Call Centre Environment
-Strong analytical and problems solving skills
-Demonstrable experience in with business intelligence reporting tools such as Business Objects, Excel and Access
-Experience gaining insight from data to make business improvements
-Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
