I am pleased to be engaged by a leading Professional Services organisation and to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to join their team due to restructuring and growth within the business.
As a manager of the team in Manchester, you will play an instrumental role in looking after a team of 7-8 Pensions Administrators dealing with Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, including coaching, training and development. You will be responsible for ensuring the completed work is accurate and of a high standard to meet and exceed client expectations. You will report directly into the National Administration Manager and will also have an active input in the development of the pensions administration procedures and best practice.
The successful candidate will have a strong managerial background in occupational pensions administration, as well as sound technical knowledge supported by relevant pensions administration qualifications (such as APMI). Positive and can do attitude as well as good organisational skills are also important.
