The legal work you will be undertaking will mostly be contentious. involving negligence claims, rectification applications and disputes between trustees and sponsoring employer.

Pensions Solicitor candidate requirements:
- Law qualifications with between 1-4 PQE
- Proven experience working in pensions and keen to take on a role focusing on pensions litigation
- Excellent academics are a must.
- Advanced IT skills is a minimum requirement
