Pensions Administrator (Home Based)

If you have pensions experience and are able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and behaviours, then this is a great opportunity for you.

You will be primarily responsible for administering a defined set of pensions processes (member events and scheme events) for clients. You will be responsible for processing transactions and project work within these schemes, responding to queries and generating reports for clients.

Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide administration service to customers, working to agreed deadlines and to the required level of accuracy.
  • To complete / check a wide range of routine and non-routine casework and provide feedback
  • Resolving customer enquiries (oral and written)
  • Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
  • Collating and analysing data and produce routine reports as required
  • Performing and issuing pension calculations including manual calculations
  • Carrying out projects and ad-hoc activities, as determined by your Team Leader or Senior

You must have proven pensions administration experience to be considered.
