My client is expanding at an exponential rate within the Pension and investment world and is looking for candidates who has great personality and not afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation.

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service

Handling all front-line telephone calls and email enquiries

Be dedicated to contacting clients and customers on time

Ensuring company policy was adhered to

Demonstrating a strong work ethic

Promoting AML rules and regulations

Experience required:

Desire to work within financial industry

Proactive nature

Strong client relationship skills

Attention to detail

Good communication skills

Great benefits, 25 days holidays excluding bank holiday, discounts at various retail shops, life insurance, pensions.

Salary :

£20,000-£22,000

Working hours 9-5 (Hybrid work)
