Role: Payroll Resolutions Administrator - Permanent

Salary: £22,000 (40 hours a week with some weekends and 1.5x overtime pay)

The role:

This is a fast-paced role where you will be interacting with the operation, talent and payroll teams to deliver exceptional Payroll solutions to a range of requests. You will be communicating with security personnel over the phone and via email ensuring they are compliant to work. You will be responsible for collating the required documentations such as rights to work, SIA licence's and identification.

This role has been established due to business expansion and it is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team. You will be part of a vital payroll team who are accurate and efficient to pay their UK workforce.

This role requires a high level of attention and you must deliver an effective payroll service which includes:

  • Collating documentary evidence to support the candidate's activity including references and supporting documentation.
  • Carrying out a number of screening and vetting checks in line with Company or Industry Standards which include Right to Work checks/SIA License checks/Credit checks to name a few
  • To establish a clear audit trail by way of case notes on each file detailing activities taken during the screening process
  • Speaking to candidates and operational areas to discuss candidates' progress
  • To successfully complete screening within specified timescales
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence received into the department
  • Managing an individual caseload of candidate files
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality in line with Data Protection principle

Requirements

  • Strong administration skills, previously gained in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
  • A good understanding of GDPR in practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise workload and juggle a number of tasks
