Payroll Manager

Search Consultancy are partnered with a fast growing, private equity backed company that currently has 9 entities. This company are looking to bring on board a new Payroll Manager with relevant experience from a similarly large and complex organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and support on all Payroll and billing issues
  • Weekly oversight of processing payroll
  • Continuously audit the payroll practices and policies and update as required
  • Closely working with the business to improve payroll and billing for clients
  • Reviewing software requirements and providing an input for a redesign to drive efficiency
  • Responsible for keeping up to date with all HMRC and legislative updates

Requirements:

  • Extensive payroll knowledge and experience of processing large volume payrolls
  • Experience of change management
  • Strong IT skills including MS Excel and time & attendance solutions
  • Management experience
  • Effective communicator
  • Experience of systems design and implementation
  • Professional payroll qualification (CIPP Diploma or equivalent)
