Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to assist in the accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll, ensuring that payments are correct and compliant with company policies and HMRC regulations.
Your core Payroll duties and responsibilities:
? Preparing the monthly payroll and associated tasks, including payslips.
? Liaising with HR over staff absences, new starters, etc.
? Working as a finance assistant in all HMRC matters, in conjunction with the Accountant
? Day-to-day accounting and maintenance of the sales ledger, petty cash function, staff orders and corporate credit card accounts
The Payroll Coordinator will be a first point of contact for all financial queries and matters relating to payroll. You'll need to be confident working both independently and collaboratively to resolve any challenges.
To succeed in this Payroll Coordinator role, you will b required to meet this criteria:
? Previous payroll experience, ideally in a bureau background
? Experience running multiple payrolls and looking after a client base
? Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
CIPP qualification would be advantageous too, but is not essential. In return, you will receive £21-£24,000 per annum, regular training and development, and some excellent company benefits.
