An excellent part time opportunity has become available with a well known organisation in the heart of Glasgow City Centre for a Payroll Assistant. This position will be between the hours of 10am-2pm Monday to Friday.
* Handling day to day payroll queries, through incoming calls and email help desk
* Daily audit of online expense claims
* Processing starter, leaver and P45 documents through the payroll system on a weekly basis
* Assist with 3 monthly payrolls during processing periods
* Other admin tasks, as and when required by the team
* Covering other payroll team members during periods of sickness or holidays
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working in a payroll environment
* Basic payroll knowledge required
* Must have good system skills
