My client based in West Lothian is looking to recruit a Controls Assistant to join their Payroll and Benefits team on temporary contract for 3 months with a possible extension to May 2020.

This role will be predominately responsible for the control and reconciliation of Payroll associated payments and calculations across the business and operates to strict audit standards and works within pre-defined practices and procedures.

Duties include:
* Pay analysis
* Preparing year-end output
* Ensuring all payroll information is kept updated
* Payroll reconciliations
* Providing advice and managing incoming payroll and benefits queries
* Preparing employee payments and third party remittances

The successful candidate will have previous experience in payroll handling as well as a keen eye for detail.

Previous experience working to strict deadlines and ensuring accuracy of data input are essential.
