I am currently recruiting for a client with a growing finance team based in Carmunnock, Glasgow. Due to continued expansion they require an experienced part-time accounts/payroll assistant to join their finance team.
They successful candidate must have a sound knowledge of Sage accounts and payroll packages. They must also have excellent organisational and communication skills. Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Assisting with weekly PAYE payroll
* Assisting with Sub-Contractor payments
* Reconciliation of bank statements
* Payment of invoices
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* General accounts work
20-25 hrs per week Mon - Friday between 8am & 6pm (flexible to suit school hours)
Competitive salary dependant on experience (pro-rata)
* Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
* Sage: 1 year (Required)
