The Finance Assistant role:
-You will provide an efficient, accurate and timely payroll service to both internal and external payroll customers.
-You'll process and calculate salaries for offshore and onshore payrolls within the company every month to a high standard of accuracy, meeting company deadlines.
-You will have excellent working relationships with company employees and departments as well as appropriate external bodies.
-It would help if you had a good understanding of pension administration, including regulations surrounding pension auto-enrolment and GDPR regulations.
-Can you demonstrate technical payroll knowledge to include tax and National Insurance understanding?
Your finance qualifications:
The successful candidate will be able to manage their time effectively, and bring fresh ideas and embrace new team procedures to work collaboratively. You'll need to be proactive, a good team player, yet work on your initiative to provide excellent customer service.
