Payroll Administrator - £18,000-£22,500 + Excellent Benefits Package - Manchester - Permanent
Working in partnership with Search, this innovative, ambitious and hugely diverse national organisation is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their Team.
The payroll team play a key role within Shared Services and across the organisation providing the end to end payroll service for over 40,000 employees on a four weekly basis ensuring that employees are paid in line with contractual and statutory requirements. The team carry out a variety of tasks including all pay related transactions during the employee life cycle from administration of new starters, to contractual changes, time & labour and leaver administration.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a high volume payroll environment, preferably gained from working in a Shared Service Centre or large organisation.
- You will have a good understanding of the payroll cycle end to end
- Processing payroll
- NET Pay Calculations
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Involved in continuous improvement projects
- Ad hoc duties
