Payroll Administrator

Project role

This highly successful business are looking for an Payroll Administrator to support with an internal project due to growth. You will be responsible for the smooth end to end payroll processing for a high number of employees.

Duties and tasks:

* Processing monthly payroll for employees with multiple weekly and monthly payrolls
* Calculate SSP, SMP, SPP, holiday pay, salary sacrifice schemes, AEO and loans
* Ensuring all payroll related information is kept up to date and accurate to ensure that all employees are paid correctly
* Monitoring new starters and leavers, processing changes to terms and conditions of employment and pay changes
* Ensuring all payroll functions are processed in a timely manner including P45s and P60s
* Processing monthly pension schemes, auto-enrolment and compliance
* Producing reports and data within an agreed deadline, keeping all information updated and accurate

To be successful in this role:

* Up to date and relevant experience in processing payroll
* Knowledge and experience in payroll legislations including pensions and auto-enrolment
* IT skills to include Word and Excel
* Good communication skills both verbal and written, to include the ability to records information clearly and produce accurate reports
* Excellent customer service and the ability to develop professional relationships
