PART-TIME Payroll Administrator
Search Consultancy is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a an established & respected organisation based in Fife on a permanent part-time basis. This exciting opportunity to join a diverse business is on a permanent part-time basis, with the salary depending on experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have payroll experience within a manufacturing environment although this is not essential and you will be keen to develop your skills within a fast paced & challenging business environment. Ideally, you will have the ability to meet the criteria outlined above and possibly have experience of preparing payrolls within tight deadlines. You will have experience of using various payroll & financial software packages and also consider yourself to be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
Your day to day responsibilities within this role would include, but are not limited to:
*Collating payroll information from employees
*Processing additions and deductions accurately and within tight timescales
*Processing new starters, leavers, P45, P60, student loans, earnings arrestments, statutory absence payments
*Produce period end summary reports and payslips
*Providing details of payments due to HMRC
*Ad hoc payroll reporting to the payroll manager
* Resolve any employee queries
* Provide overall support to the purchase & sales ledger teams as required
