Brilliant opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a great team within a global organisation based in Glasgow City Centre!

You will join the UK payroll team which has a great reputation in the City. Working alongside the Benefits and HR Operations team you Will need to have the following skills, attitude and experience:

  • Assist the Payroll Manager and team in providing a smooth payroll service
  • Manage end to end payroll benefits admin process on selected payrolls
  • Liaise with 3rd party payroll providers to sign off reports, and returns
  • Follow payroll compliance at all times
  • Work closely with Finance and HR to ensure delivery of services are as smooth as possible
  • You will be the initial point of contact for employees with any quereys
  • Process improvement when applicable
  • Maintain appropriate data
  • Process P45s, P60s, P11Ds
  • Calculate stat payroll payments

Other info:

  • Create working relationships with key contacts in offices around the Globe
  • Assist Payroll manager in regular Audits
  • Distribute reports accordingly each month

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years experience in similar role
  • Collation and Submission to UK Payroll
  • WORKDAY systems experience (desirable)
  • Payroll qualification would be excellent
