An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a large services organisation in Glasgow City Centre for an experienced Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.
Your duties will include;
- Handling day to day payroll queries, through incoming calls and email helpdesk
- Daily audit of online expense claims
- Processing starter, leaver and P45 documents through the payroll system on a weekly basis
- Assist with 3 monthly payrolls during processing periods
- Other admin tasks, as and when required by the team
- Covering other payroll team members during periods of sickness or holidays
- Processing all timesheet information into Excel and updating onto system
- Eliminating and analysing payroll discrepancies
