This 57 bedroom hotel is looking to strengthen their team, you need to be on the ball and have a flexible attitude. Weddings are a big part of this hotels business so banqueting experience will be helpful.
You will need to have fresh food experience and due to the size of events the team here deals with, some previous volume experience is essential. Adaptability is essential.
As well as being a superstar chef in the making; you're going to be clean, tidy and keep on top of your HACCP & COSHH paperwork!
The position is paying up to £24,000 per annum working 5 days out of 7
