We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef for this stunning hotel and conference centre set within beautiful grounds near High Wycombe.
The catering at the site is ran a fantastic contract caterer, with a massive focus on fresh innovative food. This company is all about work life balance, and while it is a 5 over 7 role, all members of the team will get their fair share of weekends and evenings off.
All straight shifts and the opportunity to join a national contract catering business and a 40 hour working week!
This is a great role for all aspiring Pastry Chef's as your Chef Manager has years of experience competing in Pastry competitions and is a nationally recognised Pastry pro!
You will come from a similar background with exposure to a variety of cooking styles and a progressive work history, function experience is a must.
Chef's with previous Rosette experience will be greatly preferred, but must have fresh food experience!
Working within a stable existing team of 7 chefs, servicing functions up to 100 as well as the day to day hotel kitchen operations; the ability to adapt is essential.
You MUST ensure food and hygiene standards are kept high. HACCP and COSHH requirements must also be met. You will also be involved in menu development so an interest in current food trends and a creative flair is a must.
