Parts Administrator - Permanent
I am currently recruiting for a Parts Administrator to join a busy office within an established company. Due to their success my client opened a new office in Lee-on-the solent at the start of the year so the ideal candidate will have come from a similar role and be happy to be managed remotely as although you will be working in close proximity to the Operations Manager your line manager is based at another office.
Duties and responsibilities:
? Process request for parts and repairs for Engineering Team South (17 Engineers)
? Liaise with suppliers to obtain costs for new parts
? Liaise with suppliers on warranty repairs
? Raise quotations to customers
? Manage deliveries received into branch
This role is a full time position based in the office with no working from home opportunity.
