Our client is seeking a Care Worker to ensure that everything runs smoothly during the night for their service users. The part-time role comes with a a salary of up to £7,867 per annum.
In this night's based part-time role, you will be using person-centred approaches to support service users throughout the night. It will be your Care job to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect in all aspects of their lives, assisting them with all aspects of their care plan and care guidelines.
In this Waking Night Support Worker role, you will:
? Work closely with appointed service users as a clinical support worker to enhance their lives and wellbeing
? Help develop a personal plan for appointed service users
? Provide monthly reports, and pre-Review reports every six months
? Maintain service user administration records and primary and day-to-day files
As a perm Waking Night Support Worker in Crawley, you will be working waking nights, carrying out a range of duties. This care job will involve supporting adults in a domestic environment and in the community, but mainly during the night.

. Previous experience in a support role, social work or community services role
. Experience in writing notes and necessary reports
. Working in a team environment and advanced collaboration skills
. Non-violent crisis intervention skills
