You will be supporting and enhancing customer relationships. You will be ensuring all requirements are fulfilled and orders are closed efficiently to achieve company targets. Attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to build, maintain and manage a pipeline for sales opportunities.
- Responsibility for meeting sales booking and revenues targets
- Weekly and monthly sales forecasting
- Creating quotations, issuing and following up with customers including receiving and recording receipt of purchase orders
- Responsible for raising work orders
- Responsible for making appointments to meet existing customers
- Work with external sales team to develop new customers and relationships
- Report on competitive activity
- Provide information on market conditions and trends, new product application and product ideas
- Participate in the weekly sales meeting
Qualifications and Experience:
- Sales experience
- Customer service or administration experience
- Excellent communication ability, written as well as verbally
- Great MS Office skills
