An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company who operate nationally. They are looking for 2x part time Administrators to join their busy team based on the Wirral. This is a great role for someone who is looking for flexible part time hours. You will be providing Administrative support to Project Manager, it is essential that you have administration experience, high attention to detail and can communicate at all levels.
Day-to-day duties of the role include -
- Manage diaries for project manager daily
- Assist with monthly reports
- Maintain staff rota
- Updating information on system
- Liaise with internal and external customers, dealing with any queries
- Arrange meetings, preparing documents, ensuring refreshments are available and taking minutes
- Assist PM with management of supply chain/subcontractors
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Record and log holidays on V Nexus system
- General admin support - typing correspondence, photocopying, ordering stationary etc.
The ideal candidate will have -
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Experience within the Construction industry (preffered)
- Be proficient using CRM systems and microsoft packages (mainly Excel)
**Please note** You will only be considered for this role if you have Administration experience.
