This role is due to growth within the team and is a brand new role in which you can make your own. The hours are working Monday to Friday working 9am - 5.30pm and fantastic benefits such as free access to leisure and gym facilities and many more!
This role consists of candidate attraction and administration. You will be liaising with agencies, posting adverts and resourcing candidates for varied roles throughout the business. Ideally you will take ownership of the employee engagement and candidate attraction side of the recruitment and you can be creative on social channels and really make an impact on the business itself! This role does offer variety and you will be asked to do general ad hoc administration tasks as required supporting the HR and people team.
The perfect candidate in this role will have worked within recruitment with experience in resourcing for candidates. No sales calls will be needed however you will have to be confident picking up the phone and chatting to a variety of candidates and individuals. Excel skills are a must along with the ability to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast paced environment with an outgoing and chatty team.
