Part time Paraplanner based in London with a boutique wealth management company, competitive basic salary with good benefits.
The role will provide financial planning support to an adviser in a successful team, assisting them in delivering an outstanding holistic financial planning service to new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will be Diploma-qualified or working towards a Diploma-level qualification with at least 18 months experience in an IFA paraplanning role.
The role comprises, but is not restricted to:
Producing comprehensive and clear suitability letters for clients
Gathering and analysing comprehensive, detailed information on clients, researching and interpreting this information as required by and under the supervision of the Private Client Director
Preparing for client meetings and attending meetings where requested by the adviser, taking detailed written notes and following up on any technical points after any meetings attended
Preparing lifetime cashflow models where appropriate, under the guidance of Group Financial Planning Manager and Private Client Director
Responding to any requirements from the Private Client Director in relation to constructing a financial plan to address each client's lifetime objectives in the context of these cashflow models.
This will comprise, but is not be limited to: contingency planning, legacy/succession planning, asset allocation/wealth management and tax planning
