Part- Time Customer Service Consultant, Glasgow,

Forget all other customer service jobs - this is the only one to apply for!

Training will be Mon-Thurs 5pm-9pm and Sat 9am-5pm for 6 weeks so candidates need to be able to commit to the first 6 weeks of training. After training you are able to work 3 Evenings per week plus a Saturday.

If you love customer service, are motivated by helping others and would thrive working within a busy professional contact centre based in Glasgow then we would love to hear from you.

Our rapidly growing organisation is keen to bolster our team with experienced customer service experts. You don't necessarily have to have worked in a call centre before and if you have relevant customer service experience gained in another environment then you'll be a great addition to our existing 230 strong team.

Your role will be to talk with customers, understand their circumstances and agree the best repayment solution for them. The focus will be on having quality conversations with callers, via inbound and outbound calls and giving them the best possible experience.

The benefits are great too with a pay rate of £9.19 per hour pre probation increasing to £9.48 post probation.

We offer a range of shift patterns working 3 or 4 nights per week plus a Saturday. Further benefits and opportunities for reward include:
