Customer Service Advisor - Social Media
£9.53 per hour - weekly pay

Want to work for one of the leading UK retailers? Do you have excellent written communication skills? Are you able to resolve a vast amount of queries and think on your feet?

We are looking for strong Customer Service Advisors who are looking for a new and exciting challenge, representing a leading household retailer! You will be focusing on replying to a range of queries via social media platforms, in a professional and informative manner.

* Accurate typing skills

What will you be doing?
* Working on a number of social media platforms
* Responding to queries and complaints
* Ensuring you are working to KPI's
* Quickly and accurately responding to customers
* Staying within company policies and procedures

Please note you MUST be available for 4 weeks of full time training between 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (mixture of office and home based)
