Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for a part time administrator on a temporary basis with a view to become permanent for our client in the city centre. The perfect candidate would be immediately available and have experience within Administration. This position is 18 hours a week but will cover Monday to Friday and various hours depending on the candidate.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role is:
- Provide a high level of administration support throughout the business
- Data input
- Minute taking
- Excel spreadsheets being updated
- Finance (petty cash procedures)
- Scanning, filing, printing and archiving.
