My client is an established manufacturing business in Leicester with a great reputation and company culture.
A part-time position has arisen for an experienced administrator within their offices in Leicester. Working 25 hours a week- (flexible to suit), the duties and responsibilities include:
Generating PO numbers
Maintain and managing the materials pricing spreadsheet.
Chasing orders and ensuring deliveries are correct
Price negotiation with suppliers and sourcing potentially new suppliers
Responding to purchasing request efficiently
All associated administration as part of the team.
Use of MS Office and Sage
In order to be considered for this position, you will be an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with a background in administration and ideally some knowledge of purchasing. You will have worked within a manufacturing company and understand the manufacturing process. This is a fantastic company for a part-time administrator.
