Paraplanner for a well established Wealth Management Company based in Oxfordshire, up to 45k plus a market leading benefits package.
You will be joining a team who are growing due to positive developments within the organisation.
You will work closely with a team of Paraplanners and will be a go to person with all technical queries and will be responsible for generating technical reports.
You will need:
Ability to manage own workload and work within a small team
Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures
Experience within the Financial Services Industry
Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally Adviser Office, Volume and Pulse dealing system
Qualified to minimum of Diploma level 4, ideally chartered status
At least 5 years' experience in the financial services industry of which a minimum of 3 years has been in a Paraplanning role within a firm of financial Advisers
Ability to work under pressure at times
Mentor Junior members of the team
Provide leadership for the team
Ability to explain complex issues in a clear and easy to understand manner
Grow level of technical knowledge and ensure remain up to date with changes in
Company bonus - this is paid annually based on our gross profit. Whilst it is not guaranteed on-target figures should result in a bonus of 6% to 8% of your basic salary.
Role specific bonus, this is also based on the company's gross profit and is set at a similar rate to the main company bonus.
