Paraplanner / Report Writer based in Surrey with a well established IFA company, competitive basic salary with good benefits.
Ideally you will have worked for an IFA firm previously and has knowledge of the advice process. You will be joining a team who work alongside 4 advisers and 2 paraplanners. You will need to have experience with report writing and have been involved in the production of suitability letters. Experience and understanding in this area is vital to the role.
Ensuring appropriate data is accurately recorded on the back-office system and in line with Company procedures.
Obtaining illustrations, researching pensions and investment products and investment funds, working with templates to produce suitability reports.
Must have a sound knowledge of pensions and investments - Qualifications of CF level or RO level will be beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work within a defined business process in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail imperative.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise, plan own workload and manage Advisers' expectations.
A 'can do' positive approach to work.
