PA within Financial Services
I'm currently recruiting for a client within Financial Services, my client is looking for a strong PA to support at Director level. The ideal candidate will have worked within a financial services company and be aware of the industry. A full time role 9 - 5.30 based in the office, there is parking on site.
Duties of role:
* Extensive diary management
* Management of 2 in-box's, creating rules, managing emails, responding to clients and internal staff
* Arranging meetings both face to face and via video link
* Attending meetings and taking minutes, creating actions and distributing
* Managing all calls
* General Administration for wider team
* Logging expenses
* Take on any project work and extra administrative support
