Are you an experienced PA/ PA Assistant available immediately for work? We have a temporary opportunity with an immediate start to work for our client within the Higher Education sector.

This is a full-time post working 35 hours per week remotely until 5th July.

Core PA Assistant duties:

  • Working with the Vice Principal's PA to manage an extensive electronic diary
  • Arrange meetings with a wide variety of staff and external stakeholders ensuring internal and external appointments are well planned and the Vice Principal's time is managed effectively
  • Arrange room bookings and catering and issue invites to meetings
  • Operate a Bring Forward system to ensure all papers for meetings are to hand and deadlines are met
  • Plan and effectively manage all arrangements for Vice Principal's domestic and overseas trips, booking flights and accommodation
  • Completing all necessary financial paperwork
  • Responsible for the annual planning of internal Information Sessions, ensuring no clashes with key events to maximise attendance
  • Arrange catering and room bookings as appropriate
  • Purchasing card holder responsible for raising requisitions, ensuring goods are received and invoices are processed in timely manner

PA skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role ideally supporting at a senior level
  • Proven attention to detail and good documentation skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised and methodical
