PA / Office Manager
£25k - £30k DOE
Search is currently on the hunt for an experienced and highly organised PA / Office Manager to work with one of their brand new clients based in Altrincham.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* PA to Senior Partner
* Extensive diary management for the Senior Partner
* Managing and booking meeting rooms
* Support function for the wider teams
* Ensuring all administration tasks are completed to satisfaction
* Activating and writing action plans for current and future policies
* Making sure office equipment is maintained and in working order as well as stationery orders and office supplies

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Experience & Skills:
* Previous PA / Office Manager experience
* Highly organised with extensive diary management skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
