If you are someone who has the ability to take pride in co-ordinating a small person team, all while supporting the operations of a fun, high-energy office environment, along with being a personal assistant to the Directors then this position could be for you! This is a newly created position due to the company's success and growth strategy
As the Personal Assistant, you not only will be involved in shaping and supporting the business to achieve our long-term vision, but also be responsible for our office environment in this very hands on role. We are looking for a confident, passionate individual who has good personal values, who wants to make a long-term investment into this position and will embrace the opportunities presented to them.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for daily office activities to ensure smooth operations by performing related administrative duties while supporting the Directors with their everyday needs.
Manage the diaries of the 3 Agents, making outbound calls to arrange appointments with new and existing customers.
Use Twitter to raise local profile. Plan, implement and monitor sales and marketing initiatives using the marketing material available
Support the Agents with ongoing prospecting activity to identify potential new customers and generate new general insurance appointments for the Agents
Produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards including Post Call Reports.
Acquire and maintain a basic knowledge of the products, Risk Management and Financial Services products.


Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

Have previous relevant experience for the role.
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, skill, care and diligence.
Possess good IT skills to use Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics and systems such as ifaces.
Have a flexible, positive attitude.
Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement.
Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
