I am looking for a fantastic PA to work for my client who are Based in Morley. This is a fabulous chance to join a growing business who have a family feel.
Previous PA experience is not essential so if you are an administrator looking for a shift in your career this could be the role for you
Duties of a PA include;
* Diary management
* Event organising
* Client correspondence and dealing with stake holders
* Booking travel and arranging accommodation
* Helping with the running of the wider office and supporting and covering for other PAs when needed
* Supporting the administrative team and the wider business
* Being an excellent gatekeeper
* Liaising with clients regards complaints or problems
As a PA you will have had the following experience;
* 5 year's plus within an administrative or secretary role
* Previous PA experience is desirable
* Excellent Customer Service skills
