I am currently recruiting for an experienced PA to work full time for a leading and reputable construction company based in the lovely Windermere. This role will suit a fun dynamic and adoptable individual. With a strong eye for detail and ability to adopt quickly when required.
Must be organised and work methodically.
* Provide general secretarial support
* Organise meetings conferences and seminars, to include booking rooms, arranging and distributing papers.
* Making travel arrangements including booking travel and accommodation.
* Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other reports.
* Completing fees and expenses claims.
* Servicing meetings as required including taking of minutes, typing of reports, arranging telephone/video conferences etc.
