Main responsibilities include:

* Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements in line with set guidelines
* Work from reports / spreadsheets/ dallier system
* Set up payment plans such as direct debit payments in line with FCA regulations

* Ensuring payments and payment plans are kept up to date
* Working to KPI's quality of calls and productivity
* Ensure best practices are followed on calls whilst working to strict compliance and set regulations

This role is customer focused so would suit candidates with a strong customer service background as well as having experience of a financial nature i.e. collections, credit control etc. You will have an excellent interpersonal manner and be confident making outbound calls. You will be self motivated, computer literate and possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Our Client is looking for Customer Service agent Consultant to join the existing team to receive incoming calls you will be the first point of contact for customers. Previous experience is not essential however would be an advantage. This will be making outbound calls and assessing the income and expenditure and agree payment.

You will be working on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.00-8.30pm Monday-Saturday working one Saturday in every 4 on average)
