We are seeking two passionate individuals that are goal orientated and have the drive to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for an outbound sales advisor to join an interior company.
It is essential you have a proven background in outbound telesales in B2B environment with previous appointment booking experience.
* Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 + commission (£30,000 OTE)
* Monday - Friday 8 - 5pm
* Location: Sandbach
* Selling our products and services via outbound calling to prospective customers from our database making appointments for the external sales team to convert to active customers
* Conducting research and setting up meetings for the sales managers to visit the client
* Selling the company products, booking in appointments for BDM to close sales
* Warm calls to existing database of customers who have actively spent in the company
* Dealing with inbound sales with the view to closing the sale
* Following up on leads generated by e-shots and mail campaigns
* Achieving daily and weekly targets set
* Enthusiastic, sales hungry, positive attitude
* 1 years outbound sales experience
* A proven track record in exceeding sales KPI's
* Previous experience working in a targeted role - appointment setting, appointment making, warm sales, inbound sales, telesales or any similar role
