Customer Service Advisor (Customer Care Team)

Temporary to Perm, Full time
£9.73 per hour
Leeds (LS11)

My client is an international Facilities Management company.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:

* Acting as a front line support
* Responding to customer enquiries/ complaints via email/ telephone
* Maintaining excellent levels of customer service
* Liaising directly with relevant stakeholders
* Recording complaints/ claims received from tenants and clients

Hours:

* Week 1: Monday - Friday: 3pm - 12am
* Week 2: Tuesday - Thursday: 3pm - 12am/ Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 5pm

* Excellent communicational skills
* Be able to work on your own initiative
* Be flexible and adaptable in your approach
* Be able to prioritise workload in order to meet and exceed targets
