Complex Care Provider
Search are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to work out of Head Office for a Complex Care provider across Rochdale, Bury and Oldham.
It is essential that you will have the necessary experience surrounding complex care and managing a service to comply with CQC.
This provider supports adults with learning disabilities in supported living services across these areas. You will be responsible for the management of the in-house team, as well as the supported living services and staff.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Experience working in and around complex care
Operations Manager experience (3+ years)
Driver with access to own vehicle (Ideally close to Head Office in Rochdale)
Relationships with CCG's and local authorities would be advantageous, as this role will involve liaising with them on packages of care
This is a large, and well-established service, therefore we require someone that can maintain and build on good relationships, someone with a 'get up and go' attitude and is willing to often go the extra mile in everything that they do. You will liaise regularly with the Director, staff and care providers, to achieve the best possible service overall to the adults that our client supports.
