About this role

Operations Coordinator Crawley Office based £25,000-£28,000 DOE experience
Immediate Start
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (hours may be negotiable)

We are recruiting for a successful Trade business going through a fantastic period of growth who are looking for a full-time experienced Operations Coordinator.
This is a great opportunity to play a key part in an active sales and purchasing team.


Responsibilities will include

* Working closely with the company director, providing general administrative assistance, liaising with suppliers and clients as required
* Providing support to the office team, assisting during busy periods or holiday cover
* Providing general support around the company as required
* Liaising with other departments to ensure tasks and projects remain on target
* Reviewing and analysing stock levels, promotions and customer trends
Essential Skills/Competencies

* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Organisational skills
* Confident working style
* Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively
* IT literate especially in Outlook and Excel
* Ability to Work in a Team Environment
* Experience working within an office environment
Desirable

* Sage 200 and CRM experience would be useful
* Experience of dealing with trades people
