£25,000 - £26,000

Monday to Friday, 35 hours between 8am and 6pm

The Role
The Operations Administrator will be an essential member of a small, dedicated team, providing top-notch service to clients and customers. This role will support the Operations Manager with a variety of tasks, including:

- Handling telephone calls and addressing customer and client queries
- Managing customer communications via email and letter
- Processing loan applications and managing customer and client payments
- Overseeing various banking processes, including BACS, DD postings, cancellations, and reconciliations
- Liaising with third parties, such as Credit Reference and Fraud Prevention Agencies
- Assisting the Operations Manager in producing meaningful Management Information for key internal and external stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager as required

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of two years experience in an Operations or Senior Customer Service Administrator role, ideally within a Financial Services or Contact Centre environment
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proven track record of service excellence
- Keen attention to detail
- Good PC skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in their approach to work
